Are Empire Club watches original designs?
Yes. Every watch sold at Empire Club is an original design created and produced exclusively under our own brand. We do not resell or white-label other brands. Each timepiece reflects our own aesthetic vision — built for men who value authenticity.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover — processed securely through Shopify Payments. We also support Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and are PCI DSS compliant.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order in real time.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be unworn and in original condition with all packaging included. To start a return, contact us at support@empireclubwatches.com. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
Yes. All Empire Club watches come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications. If you experience any issue, reach out to our support team and we'll make it right.
